| Beware fraud trading through VitasVitas website |

| As a fan of Vitas, I love to buy his original CDs. I would like to share my terrible experience for buying his CDs. First, I lost my money paying through this website: http://www.vitasvitas.com/category/vitas-cd-dvd/ but feel deceieved and no CDs no response. Secondly, I bought two CDs through Amazon.com with the vender of Marinasbooks, got two CD-R that arose my suspician, now I've read the message form this web, I felt regreted that I should have checked before purchasing. I hope my experience will prevent others been cheated again. |

First, Marina's Books is a known pirate seller. I have reported them to Amazon, with no good result. They continue to sell. I advise caution on Amazon and Ebay. This is one of the reasons I import and sell Vitas CDs through deesvisions.com at nearly my cost. It is so difficult to know who is pirate and who not. I wanted a trusted place for fans to purchase. Russiandvd.com (not russiandvd on ebay) is also a legitimate store.
Vitasvitas.com is not fraud. However, there is a problem there right now with communication. I have reported this to Gemini Sun Records, and will also send them your message. Please tell me when you ordered and I will help you resolve. Or you can write them directly at info@geminisunrecords.com They are very nice, and very honest and will fix the situation for you.
Please let me know if I can help you resolve the issue with them.

Thanks. Probably they can get your email and address from Yovia who took the order. They are the ones who run the vitasvitas.com site. But in case not, maybe you should send your email address and mailing address directly to gemini. Send to info@geminisunrecords.com and reference this order. I sent the order to them, but they cannot tell from this where to ship. Do not worry, I am sure they will ship your CD for you.
Hopefully the issue at vitasvitas.com will be resolved soon.

I'd just like to add that I too have just been sent a pirate copy of a Vitas CD from Marinasbooks on Amazon.com. I didn't realise at first and put the different style of packaging down to being made in a different country. It wasn't until I played it that I realised it had all the wrong songs copied onto the CD so I started investigating the CD and found that there was a looseleaf picture of Vitas meant to be inside it, and on closer inspection with a magnifying glass I could read the words CD R Blank written along the inside circle area. I have complained to her and she did not ask for it back, but refunded me straight away. Looking around Amazon's site, there seems to be no way of getting something done about this unless the person whose copyright is infringed, or someone who can sign on their behalf, complains about it. I think this is totally unfair because of the different countries involved here and the language barrier. It seems the only thing I can do is to leave her bad feedback, but I have also been going through their help pages and written about it in the section where you cannot find an answer in the help pages. I'm totally disgusted, because I am sure if it was Ebay then this sellers account would be terminated and the buyer would be 'heard' by Ebay about the complaint they might wish to make.

Thanks so much for contacting gemini for me. I've forwarded the invoice receieved email to info@geminisunrecords.com . Now I am waiting for the reply. Although I don't desire the CD Vitas much as I alreadly got all the 8 songs (on CD Vitas) from other purchased CDs, I still hope the case will be resolved.

Just to update my case of purchasing CD Vitas. Finally today I've got my CD sent by Gemini. Diane, thank you very much!! Without your advice and help, I don't think I'd get my case resolved!

| I would like to add more on the info of the purchase CD Vitas through web VitasVitas. The deal includes a signed photograph of Vitas which is actually more or less a "copy" of thin paper. So the signature is a copy too. What a terrible disappointment!!!!! |

Yes. They should make it clear that the autograph is a copy. I think some assumed this, some not. I ordered one myself just to get this picture. I was also dissapointed in the quality of the photo. I did give feedback on that and was told they had ordered better prints. But Vitas did sign and date it 2008 for purpose of marketing that album. So it is a nice collectors item. I do think they should do better quality on the prints.
If you want to send your email to admin@vitasusa.com, I can send you some scans of Vitas autographs. Not the same as an original I know, but the pictures are very nice quality.
